Who makes money from Zachary Quinto UK?

No-one! This is a non-profit site, all it does is cost money

As of April 1st 2009 Zachary Quinto UK will no longer be using photos which have been shot by 'paparazzi' photographers.

We have come to this decision after recognising the stress and invasion of privacy which these photographs cause to Mr Quinto. We define 'paparazzi' shots as those taken of Zachary in public where he is acting as a private citizen. This will not necessarily include shots taken by photographers where Mr Quinto is clearly working and in costume, but would cover shots where he is out of costume/not on film. It will not include shots taken by fans of fans and Mr Quinto, nor shots taken when Zachary is taking part in publicity and or public engagements. It will include shots taken by amateur photographers or fans where Mr Quinto would not be aware of the photograph being taken, or where he could not reasonably expect to be photographed.

Pictures currently in the gallery which would contravene the new policy will be judged as 'damage done' and may be removed at a later date. We accept that the nature of photographs taken may be unclear and make no guarantees that all photos which contravene the new policy will be identified correctly.

At times we run competitions on this site. The rules are as follows :

• We reserve the right to occasionally restrict competition entry to our members. You can become a member free of charge at any time by filling in the form on the homepage.
• Members who join after members only competitions are announced are still eligible to win.
• We make every effort to post prizes to winners as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.
• Competitions are open to all site visitors, regardless of geographic location.
• Winners will be notified and names posted on the site. If you do not wish your full name to be used please make us aware of this.
• We reserve the right to end competitions before the advertised date should this be necessary.
• Correct entries are entered into a physical draw and made by the site owner, observed by an independent party.
• Only one entry per email address.
• If you are notified of a competition win you must supply a postal address within 28 days or the competition will be drawn again.

All personal details are used by the site only to facilitate the mailing list. Your details will never be passed to a third party without your express written permission to the site owner. This includes photographs of yourself.

We will make every effort to protect photographs which you submit to the site by disabling right clicks, but please be aware that there are ways of getting around this and if you submit a photograph to to the site, you should be aware that we cannot guarantee that it will not be copied by people acting illegally.

You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time and your details will not be retained.

If you submit news, photographs or resources to the site you may be credited by name. If you do not wish your full name to be used, please make this clear in your submission.
